Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This scheduling service (“the Service”) is operated by Lansing Stake, a local unit of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, so that members can book appointments with local leaders. It is a free, non-commercial service.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment we collect the information you enter on the booking form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ward or branch, the appointment type, and any notes you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to schedule, confirm, remind you about, reschedule, or cancel your appointment, and to help the leader you are meeting with prepare. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box and provide a mobile number, we send you text messages about your appointment (a confirmation and reminders, and updates if it is rescheduled or cancelled). Message frequency depends on the appointments you book. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with any third party. We share your booking details only with the leaders and clerks of your unit for the purpose of your appointment, and with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (our email and text-message delivery vendors) strictly to deliver these notifications.

Data retention

We keep appointment records only as long as needed to operate the scheduling service.

Your choices

You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To request correction or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.
